Carl was a father to me and forever I am at a loss without him in my life! Teaching me all the great music and the quality time of camping with shake and pour pancake mix as a staple in the house as well as camping gear. I love and miss him terribly to this day! I feel his aura around me always and know somewhere out there he still watches over me with our dog Tammy in heaven! Godspeed Daddy! I love you and always will! Forever a Blues Brothers fan because of you! The Who’s My generation will live on because of you! Much Love and gratitude to your influence in my life Dad!

Our thoughts and prayers are with Lorraine, Ellen and all of Carl's family. Our entire family has been touched by Carl's quick smile and big heart. All four of us kids have our own memories of Carl while we were growing up and he meant so much to each one of us. Our parents also watched Carl grow up not only in the neighborhood, but my Dad watched Carl "grow up" in the Masons also. Carl will surely be missed and remembered by all of us whose life he touched at one time or another.

Even though I did not personally know the deceased, he was a member of the USCG Auxiliary so therefore, we are all family and I offer my deepest condolences to his family.

I am sorry to hear of Carl's passing. We shared some great memories traveling to Hampton Beach in his 57 Chevy back in our teenage days. He will remain in my prayers and blessing to his wife and family.

Unfortunately, I'll be in Maine when the service for Carl takes place.....sorry, dear. I will remember him and have a moment of silence for him Tuesday, as the sun sets over Linekin Bay in E. Boothbay. I'll bet it will be a beautiful one, just for him. Hang in there....think about your good memories with him and smile. Carl is safe and sound now, comfortable and pain-free in the loving arms of God.Wish that I could hug ya, but I told everyone to give an extra for me. See you when I get back.
