To Dear Nana up above
You filled our hearts with your strength and love
A bright spark full of spunk and sass
At times a bit of a spitfire, yet full of class
You’d tell it like it was, honest and true
There was no façade, what people saw was the real you
Today we all must say goodbye
But please don’t worry if you see us cry
Because although the angels have taken you away
We all know that you are here with us today
As you will be tomorrow and forever
Our memories with you, we will always treasure
You always worked hard and did your best
Now it is your time Nana, time for you to rest
An amazing daughter, sister, mother and wife
An inspirational woman, today we celebrate your life
And so dear Nana up above
It is forever that we will feel your love
Although you are no longer here
