Obituary of Andre Moura Estevam

Andre Moura Estevam, a graduate of Burlington High School passed away suddenly on Tuesday, February 16, 2021.  He was 21 years old.  Andre was born in Winchester and grew up in Burlington.  He was a 2018 graduate of Burlington High School.  Andre was current working as an Amazon delivery driver.  Previously, he had worked in the construction field.  He had an easy-going persona, loved hanging around with family and friends, and loved to make others laugh.   He enjoyed drawing and loved music.  He loved playing the guitar and dabbled in song writing.  He had his distinctive “Andre Look” which consisted of beige leather trench coat and a cowboy hat which was a tribute to one of his favorite artists, Johnny Cash.  He would sit by the fire pit with his brother and friends, play his guitar, and goof around.  He had recently got into cooking and experimented preparing all sorts of different meats, making homemade butter, and learning new dishes.  He enjoyed family camping trips at Branch Brook in Campton, NH.  He also enjoyed fishing and forging metals.  He was a good friend and was loved by all.

Andre is survived by his mother Adrean Moreira of Lexington, formerly of Burlington and her companion R.J. Amico and Wesley Estevam of Somerville & his companion Heather Gonzales.  He was the brother of Wesley Estevam, Bobby Amico, and Tristan Gonzales-Estevam.  He was the grandson of Marianne Douglass of Georgia & the late Scott Douglass, Joe Moriera of Cambridge, Cecilia Moira Estevam of Somerville, and the late Benidito Estevam.  He was the great grandson of Maria Moreira of Cambridge. Bubbee of Doris Santos.   He was the nephew of Heverton, Scott, Joe, Jerimie, Jason and Ashley.  He was also survived by many cousins and friends.

There will be a visitation held at the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St., Burlington (exit 34 off Rt. 128/95, Woburn side) on Tuesday, February 23 from 5-7pm.  For obituary, directions, online guestbook, and video tribute see www.sullivanfuneralhome.net
