Obituary of Florence White

Florence Joan White, a resident of Burlington for 43 years passed away after a long illness at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center on Tuesday morning, August 28, 2007. She was 87 years old. Florence was born and raised in Watertown, MA. She was the daughter of the late Alphonso and Mary Russo. After graduating from Watertown High School, she went onto earn a Degree in Interior Decorating. She enjoyed crocheting, nature, decorating, and shopping. She loved her cats. She would have celebrated her 60th wedding anniversary in October. Florence was the beloved wife of Charles E. White of Burlington. She was the mother of Judith White of Watertown and Diane White of Burlington. She was the sister of Dorothy Brooks of Watertown, the late Esther Ferro, Theresa Montgomery, and Alphonse Russo. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 8 at 10 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 15 Ledgewood Place, Belmont. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
