Obituary of Paul Haywood
Paul G. Haywood, a longtime resident of Lexington, passed away at the Emerson Hospital in Concord on Friday afternoon, June 15, 2007. He was 76 years old.
Paul was born in Medford. He was the son of the late Walter and Margaret Haywood. He was raised and educated in Cambridge. Paul was a hardworking man with a great work ethic. He was employed for over 30 years as a Service Technician at Minuteman Oil in Lexington. He then went on to work at Cronin Supply in Cambridge where he worked for 10 yeas before retiring. Paul loved being outdoors and enjoyed sitting outside watching the scenery around him in the company of his family. His family was very important to him and he treasured the many special times he spent with his children and their families.
Paul is the husband of Jeannine (Mailhiot). He is the loving father of Diane & her husband Wayne Higden of Burlington, Paul & his wife Joyce of Billerica, Denise Bellerose of Dracut & her husband the late Ray Bellerose, Gary & his wife Christine of Tewksbury, Robin & her husband Walter O’Clair of Clinton, Rhonda & her husband Billy Mullane of Nashua, NH, Jeannine & her husband Scott Cumming of Stowe. He is the bother of Walter of Tewksbury and the late Peggy Dimick, Ethel Martel, and Maurice, Donald and Jackie Haywood. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Funeral from the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home, 43 Winn St., BURLINGTON (Exit 34 off Rt. 128, Woburn side) on Tuesday, June 19 at 9 a.m. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Margaret’s Church, 111 Winn St., Burlington at 10 a.m. Visiting hours Monday 4-8 p.m. Interment in Westview Cemetery, Lexington.
