I have been blessed to know the Ericson family since I was a kid; I have so many wonderful memories of being over at their house or going on vacations with them… I will treasure them and hold them in my heart forever! Wayne was so kind, caring and generous to everyone he met. There wasn’t anything he wouldn’t do for you…they would have great bbqs and I truly believe his Joy came from sitting back and watching everyone else having a good time..he lived for making his friends and family happy. He was one heck of a teaser and loved playing jokes on people..he would laugh and laugh. I will miss him terribly, but know he is no longer suffering and finally at Peace. I love you, I love your family and I will always be there for them. RIP Wayne. Love Always Mishy Dishy

Wayne was definitely one of a kind. He was always so kind, generous, and welcoming – and of course had the best sense of humor! I will miss all his funny emails! He always made me feel like part of the family. His 4th of July cook-outs were the best! He was the best Master of Ceremonies! I love the picture I have of him hanging in my office collage; typical Wayne sitting in the kids palm tree pool with a big smile on his face! Any time spent with Wayne was always a good time. He has left all of those who love him with the best memories! He was truly a gift to us all and will be missed.
Be at peace my friend; no more suffering for you. Enjoy your place in heaven with those that have gone before you welcoming you as you arrive.

Padre I am the most blessed daughter to have had such an amazing father as i have had in you. Although I know you are at peace I am extremely heartbroken that you are no longer here with me. I am so greatful for having you in my life especially the past two years and will remember the water fights and you asking me what i was baking you!! You were my best friend and my strongest supporter, you would always listen to me and would never agree or disagree, you were just there for me.
Your smile will light up my darkest days and forever be in my heart. I will miss the fact that I will never hear you say "presh" again. You were an amazing man who was loved so much.
I will try and keep my promise and that is something I want to do..
I will always carry you with me and these tears I shed are little pieces of my heart...I am and always will be " Daddy's Girl"
Rest now and someday you will be there to greet me with your warm smile and open arms..
I LOVE YOU SO MUCH DADDY

We will miss Uncle Wayne so much. He was such a wonderful person...always had a joke and a smile for you. I have lots of wonderful memories of Uncle. When I went to Vegas with him, Danielle, and Soupy. It was a wonderful trip. All the times I popped in to see him at his shop or bring him dinner when Auntie Ann was away. He loved my bread pudding and I started calling him Uncle Pudding Pie. He was one of a kind and will be greatly missed.
Rest in peace with the Angels Uncle Pudding Pie.
